The house was immaculate and furnished with all of our needs. The kitchen was well supplied. The backyard was beautiful. The house was conveniently located for trips to Keys and Everglades Park. We enjoyed our stay there.

My husband and I just stayed in this home for a week. We found it conveniently located between Biscayne National Park, Everglades, and the Keys. The home was very clean and had everything we needed/expected. It looked just like the photos. When we returned from our day trips, we really enjoyed relaxing in the privacy of the back yard. It is completely fenced in and very comfortable.

This house was a perfect place to stay for our mother/ daughter trip. The three of us were very comfortable in the very clean home. The backyard is beautiful and we enjoyed a glass of wine under the stars our first night there. Every little detail in the home is thought of from new appliances to a linen closet full of towels. If our travels ever bring us back to the area, we would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay here. The owner was very accommodating. However I had some concerns. Upon arrival, I noticed the prior renter had left some ant bait under the sink; I soon discovered why: we had ants. Told the owner, she promptly sprayed the outside perimeter and purchased some additional Terro brand ant bait. I also purchased the same. The Terro's took care of the pests in a few days and none were seen for the remainder of my rental period. Plenty of amenities: towels, cleaning supplies, etc. An important concern for me: the sliding patio door had no screen and therefore we could not leave it open for fresh air. Ants and/or the small lizards in the back yard might enter? Also, one of the bedroom's sliding door didn't move; couldn't open it. Even if it would move, the screen that this door had was difficult to slide and had holes in it. The front living room windows didn't both open and the venetian blinds were difficult to raise and lower. The blinds need to be repaired and both windows should be moveable; they weren't. I guess some in FL prefer AC most of the time; in reasonable outside temps, I prefer fresh air and fans. Couldn't enjoy the fresh air easily with these door/window/screen concerns. The kitchen was relatively well stocked with necessary utensils. I was dismayed to know that the TV carried only minimal stations and I couldn't enjoy some of the FB bowl games or BB games I preferred to watch. Not a big deal on a FL vaca true, but it WAS bowl season and I wanted more channel choices. All in all, the stay was pleasant and the owner was very accommodating. Appreciated the washer/dryer, plentiful towels, dishwasher.

I have my own NC vacation home that I rent out on VRBO (#732531), so I take a very close look at other properties that I rent when I vacation in other places. My wife and I stayed for five nights in mid-December. The house is extremely clean and is well maintained. It also had an excellent location: it was in a quiet neighborhood; but, only a few minutes away from the convenience of a grocery store. The location south of Miami was also a bonus since we took day trips around the area each day; including the Everglades and the Florida Keys. We were very comfortable and plan to stay here again!
